This course describes the fundamental knowledge of software process definition and modelling.  It describes the framework for process definition and modelling, engineering and enactment of processes and descriptions of process properties. This course also addresses various representations to process models and their representations such as, dataflow diagrams, Petri-nets, use-case. Software process evaluation techniques like the SEI CMM will be introduced and discussed.
