The aim of the course is to equip the learners with knowledge and skills that will enable them carry out operational research in nutrition. The students are exposed to fundamentals of doing research and how to come up with a research proposal. The course encourages students to increase their critical thinking and awareness of the research processes and methods employed in their own senior class research project.
