This course will focus on basic concepts, issues, and techniques for efficient and effective
management of operations. Both qualitative concepts and quantitative problems will be used to learn
in this course. Topics include operations strategy, product and service design, capacity planning,
location planning, demand forecasting, aggregate planning, master scheduling, material requirements
planning, enterprise resource planning, inventory management, lean operations and supply chain
management, and total quality management

Prerequisite: BUAD 591 - Foundation in Business Administration.
